If you are also getting the error your sim card is not provisioned mm2. It basically happens when your sim card is activated or incomplete registration of your sim card or carrier network. Lets see the steps to fix the issue.
First verify your sim card properly.
Then check if your account is active or not.
Then update your carrier settings.
After that restart your device
Reset your network settings
If none of the solutions is good for you then try to buy the new one.
